POUCH- Large M1918 WWI first aid pouch for foot powder and aid packet as used and seen in photos by a lot of infantry soldiers. Originally designed as the First Sergeant surplus kit pouch for rifle parts carried on the pack under the meatcan pouch in lieu of the shovel, and carried one per squad. These are really handy in the field as an extra pouch to carry camera, food, cigarettes, etc. UNISSUED, 1918 dated.
