HOOD- BRITISH circa 1915/16 "HYPO" GAS HELMET, grey wool "hood" w/ single rectangular celluloid lense, (originals were impregnated w/anti-gas chemicals),. These were chemically treated with an anti-gas solution, then worn tucked into the shirt/tunic at the collar to create a "HOOD". Variations later became the "P" & "PH", we make the original HYPO hood. See RPB080 for the carrier.
